Description

Short title: Apprice v Kyrrie.

Plaintiff(s): William Apprice, son of Robert Apprice (deceased).

Defendant(s): Thomas Kyrrie, brother of Roger Kyrrie.

Subject of depositions: Site of the manor and farm of Weston (Somerset). Alleged promise of defendant, for a consideration of £200l to procure of Her Majesty to plaintiff and his father a lease of the reversion of the site, etc.

County/place: Somerset.

Date of commission: 28 November 1588.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 31 December 1588 at Weston, near Bath.
