Description

Plaintiff(s): Nicholas Courtenay.

Defendant(s): Richard Bennett, John Slade, William Slade.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to messuages and lands in Tremaynon and Goodareck, parcel of the late priory of Trewardreth (Cornwall). [The names and possessions of Thomas Collins, prior of Tywardreth, Nicholas Grist, sub-prior of St Jarmans, Thomas Vyvyan, William Vyvyan, son of said Thomas, Christian Vyvyan (afterwards married to John Slade), Olyff Vyvyan (afterwards married to Richard Polkinghorne), and Agnes Vyvyan (afterwards married to Perys, John) three daughters of said William Vyvyan Jennett, widow of said William and now wife of defendant, Richard Bennett, are mentioned].
