Subject of depositions: Parcel of wood ground in the parish of Boxley (Kent) called Park Wood alias Boxley Park; whether parcel of Newnham Manor in said parish, or ever in the tenure of Robert Fenton, Robert Daniel, or John Nayler (owners of the manor), the premises lately belonging to Sir Thomas Wyatt, attainted, and said to have been granted by Queen Mary to Mrs Mary Finch. Touching also Pittenden Heath, lying in Maidstone and Boxley; whether the heath or part thereof is parcel of Newenham Manor alias "Newenham Court." Also touching land in the parishes of Aylesford and Allington. Metes and bounds. Survey. [Thomas Maskall, the elder, of Chart, is mentioned].
