Short title: Gauntlett v Bartlett.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Gauntlett, Zachary Lovinge, Thomas Tovye, John Mychell.

Defendant(s): John Bartlett, Thomas St Barbe, John Stockman, John Hooper, Thomas Sadler.

Subject of depositions: Assessment of the lay inhabitants residing within the cathedral close of Salisbury for 15ths. Metes and bounds. Customs and jurisdiction of the Dean and Chapter and Mayor and Corporation of Salisbury. [The names of Thomas Sharp. William Blacker, James Gaynard, Augustine Goldsborough, and Thomas Lovell, refusing to pay such 15ths. Mrs Powell, Mr Morgan, Thomas Skilling, Robert Elliot, and Thomas Eyre, aldermen of Salisbury, Thomas Biggs, Robert Hunt, John Barnabee, John Corriatt, alderman of Salisbury, and Robert Holmes, are mentioned].
