Description

Short title: Launsum v Gainsford.

Plaintiff(s): Laurence Launsum.

Defendant(s): Francis Gainsford.

Subject of depositions: Town of Takeley (Essex), and a manor there called Colchester Hall, lately belonging to the monastery of St John, in Colchester; and the parsonage of Takely. Tithes. [The names and possessions of Robert Thorpe, tithes of the manor of Bassingbornes, John Gainsford. Tithes of the manor of Wallinghall, Thomas Miller, Robert Miller, William Brewer, Richard Gyet, a lease of the parsonage of Takeley, made by the Bishop of London to Mr Rastall and Mr Rogers, are mentioned].
