Description

Short title: Seymour v Ford.

Plaintiff(s): John Seymour.

Defendant(s): Thomas Ford, William Ford.

Subject of depositions: Yearly payment of £5 by the farmers of the demesnes of the manor of Northstoke to the parson of Northstoke as composition for tithes. [The names of Roderick Lluellin, parson of Northstoke, John Davis, of the city ofBath, alderman, John Foorde (uncle to defendants), and the possessions of William Prewett, of the city of Bristol, draper, are mentioned].

County/place: Somerset.

Date of commission: 27 November 1588.
