Plaintiff(s): Richard Jackson, William Jackson, Marmaduke Jackson, William Lucke, late masters and overseers of Beverley Town.
Defendant(s): Ralph Freeman (late Mayor of Beverley), Peter Harpham, Anthony Johnson.
Subject of depositions: Right and title to a pasture called Westwood, near Beverley Town, whether lately belonging to Sir Michael Stanhope, kt, and formerly belonging to the late hospital of Kellingwold Graves, lying in the towns of South Burton, North Burton, and Mollescrofte (Yorkshire), touching a distraint of cattle belonging to plaintiffs on the pasture by the mayor and corporation of Beverley. Metes and bounds of the hospital. Common of pasture.
