Description

Short title: Toone v Blunt.

Plaintiff(s): Robert Toone alias Towne.

Defendant(s): Edward Blunt, William Harrison, John Jackson.

Subject of depositions: Three water corn-mills and one horse mill for maulte, in the manor of Burton, parcel of Her Majesty's possessions; whether they are within the manor of Burton or within the manor of Winsell. Whether the lordships of Branston, Hornynglow, Stretton, Wightmeyre (Staffordshire), and the lordship of Stapenhall (Derbyshire) are parcel of the manor of Burton Extra. Custom of suit and grist to plaintiff's said mills. Alleged interference of defendants with the custom by erection of mills in the manor. [The names and possessions of John Parker, John Taylor, John Stockdale, William Lord Paget, late lord of the manor of Burton, are mentioned].
