Description

Short title: Fenton v Ediall.

Plaintiff(s): James Fenton.

Defendant(s): Henry Ediall, John Urlion.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to a messuage in Gilhill Green, in Bromley Hurst, late in the tenure of Richard Hall (a recusant), parcel of the manor of Bromley Hurst, late of Thomas Lord Paget, attainted. Customs of manor. Whether the premises were lawfully seized into Her Majesty's hands and granted to plaintiff.

County/place: Staffordshire.

Date of commission: 26 June 1588.
