Description

Short title: Bishop of Chester v Massy.

Plaintiff(s): William Bishop of Chester.

Defendant(s): John Massy.

Subject of depositions: The true yearly value of the moiety of the parsonage of Wallezey (Cheshire), where the defendant is a farmer; the parsonage of Weverham (Cheshire), where Dame Julyan Holcroft, widow, is a farmer; the parsonage of Backford (Cheshire), where John Poole is a farmer; and the parsonage of Bowdon (Cheshire), where Mr William Tatton is a farmer.
