Description

Short title: Slack v Jobson.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Slack, the Queen's Majesty's farmer.

Defendant(s): Robert Jobson alias Jopson.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Cudworth (Yorkshire), parcel of the late priory of Munckbretton, Customs of manor. Alleged incroachment on commons. [The names and possessions of Robert and Henry Slack, sons of plaintiff, and Francis Tunstall, are mentioned].
