Subject of depositions: Lease of the site and demesnes of the manor of Wye (Kent), made by the late Earl of Lincoln (by the name of Edward Fynes, K G Lord Clinton and Saye, and High Admiral of England) to Thomas Awchon, late servant of the Earl, and assigned by said Thomas to Richard Moonnyngs; whether the manor was exchanged by the Earl with Edward VI for other lands. Touching the proof of the authenticity of the lease as to signatures, etc. [Robert Carr, esq, sometime servant to the Earl, Leonard Ireby, gent, and Thomas Greislinge, are mentioned].
