Description

Short title: Byddle v Brook.

Plaintiff(s): Henry Byddle.

Defendant(s): Richard Brook, Thomas Heath alias Meade, and Margaret his wife.

Subject of depositions: Two closes in the town and fields of Warwick, parcel of the late priory of St Sepulchre in the town, and a tenement in the town, sometime in the tenure of Richard Yardley, parcel of the late guild of the Holy Trinity and St George in the town. Metes and bounds. Waste and spoil. [The names and possessions of Thomas Tempest and Christopher Knight are mentioned].
