Description

Short title: Horner v Jackson.

Plaintiff(s): Ralph Horner and others, tenants and farmers of Rookwith, and East and West Marifords.

Defendant(s): Christopher Jackson.

Subject of depositions: Granges, called Rookwith, East Marifords, and West Marifords, in the parish of Watlos, and the parsonage of Watlos, and the vicarage of Thornton Steward, late of Jarvaulx Abbey. Tithes.

County/place: Yorkshire.

Date of commission: 10 November 1587.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 22 January 1588 at Hornby.
