Short title: Perient v Kind.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Perient.

Defendant(s): John Kind.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to a messuage, garden, in Tottenham (Middlesex), whether parcell of the late monastery of the Minories, near the Tower of London.
