Short title: Queen v Hilton.
Plaintiff(s): The Queen, at the relation of John Tomyns, of Tamworth.
Defendant(s): Thomas Hilton, bailiff of the borough of Tamworth.
Subject of depositions: Linen cloths alleged to have been brought by Lawrence Spooner and Grace his wife into open market at Tamworth, and offered for sale by them there by retail, and seized by Tomyns to Her Majesty's use.
County/place: Warwickshire.
Date of commission: 18 October 1587.
Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 11 January 1588 at Tamworth.
