Short title: Dogwell v Benne.

Plaintiff(s): Henry Dogwell, Thomas Lee, William Woodman, William Buckwell, the elder, and other the Queen's Majesty's tenants and copyholders of the manors of Walton-on-Thames and Walton Lee.

Defendant(s): Robert Benne, owner of Apscourt Manor.

Subject of depositions: Manors of Walton-upon-Thames, Walton Lee, and Apscourt; whether the copyholders of the manor of Apscourt have right of common in Walton Heath alias Walton Common.

County/place: Surrey.
