Short title: Childerley v Hinde.

Plaintiff(s): Richard Childerley, Simon Page, Thomas Childerley, William Sumpter, John Adam, Nicholas Morten, William Baron, Robert White.

Defendant(s): Sir Francis Hinde, kt.

Subject of depositions: Hardwick Wood, lying in the manor of Hardwick, parcel of the bishopric of Ely. Touching the right of the tenants of Hardwick to fell and carry away wood therefrom. Customs of manor. Survey. [The names and possessions of John Cox, Richard and Andw. Arkenstall, William Hedley, and William Adam are mentioned].
