Description

Short title: Sterte v Herriot.

Plaintiff(s): John Sterte.

Defendant(s): Robert Herriot.

Subject of depositions: Lands called "The Brookes" and "Newlands" and marsh lands called "The Oldhaven" whether tithes are payable to the parsonage of Bishopston (Sussex). [A suit touching the premises between the Crown and the Earl of Arundel is mentioned].

County/place: Sussex.

Date of commission: 5 July 1587.
