Short title: Queen v West.

Plaintiff(s): The Queen, at the information of John Emery.

Defendant(s): Thomas West.

Subject of depositions: Ship called The Godspeed, of Rochelle, laden with salt. William Pearcy, master, and Walter Turner, gent, merchant. Whether salt was cried and proclaimed in the city of Exeter "at 4s the bushel for the space of 8 days." Whether Turner sold the salt under the price proclaimed in the city of Exeter.
