Description

Short title: Taylor v Deyes.

Plaintiff(s): John Taylor.

Defendant(s): Nicholas Deyes, Henry Rowdall.

Subject of depositions: Lease of two pastures in Kingsland (Herefordshire) called Barn Orchard alias Verne Orchard, and Court Grove alias Court Green, parcel of the principality of Wales. Metes and bounds, etc. [The names and possessions of Thomas Woodhall, Anthony Rolseye, John Wall, of the Buttery, farmer of a great part of the demesnes of Kingsland, Thomas Gower, John Amias, and William Barrower, are mentioned].
