Short title: Offley v Smythe.

Plaintiff(s): Robert Offley and Margaret his wife.

Defendant(s): Thomas Smythe, the elder, Helen his wife, and Thomas Smythe, the younger.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to customary lands in the manor of Halliwell-cum-Nedingworth, lately belonging to William Freeman.

County/place: Huntingdonshire.
