Description

Short title: Pooley v Sullyard.

Plaintiff(s): Thos Pooley, of Thetford (Norfolk).

Defendant(s): Thomas Sullyard, of Wetherden (Suffolk), John Harpham.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to lands in Norton (Suffolk), called "Nichols" in the manor of Norton, and parcel of the late monastery of Ixforth. [Sir John Sullyard (defendant's late father), and a suit between Lord Wentworth, plaintiff, and Sir John Sulyard, defendant, are mentioned].

County/place: Suffolk.

Date of commission: 29 May 1587 and 5 July 1587.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 10 June 1587 at Ixford and 15 August 1587 at Bury.
