Defendant(s): Ralph Curtis, Roger Thatcher, William Redwood.

Subject of depositions: Parcel of land lying upon Hatherleigh Hill, in the manor of Sherborne (Dorset); whether parcel of the late abbey of Sherborn. [Sir John Mayre and Sir John Barstable alias Dan, John Barstable, late abbots of Sherborne, John Rooke, and Henry Stevens, are mentioned].
