Short title: Cutts v Mayor of Thaxstead.

Plaintiff(s): Sir John Cutts, kt.

Defendant(s): Mayor, bailiff, and commonalty of the town of Thaxstead (Essex).

Subject of depositions: Manor and borough of Thaxstead; alleged imposition of taxes, by defendants upon the tenants of plaintiff, in Thaxstead. Value of tolls of markets and fairs. Jurisdiction and privileges of said corporation.

County/place: Essex.
