Description

Short title: Eyer v Barker.

Plaintiff(s): William Eyer, Robert Hamond, Ellice Burgess, John Burditt, executors of the last will and testament of Humphrey Burdett.

Defendant(s): Anne Barker, widow.

Subject of depositions: Lands of the late Humphrey Burdett, in Sonning (Berkshire), the parsonage of Sonning, and the deanery of Salisbury (Wiltshire). Tithes.

County/place: Berkshire; Wiltshire.

Date of commission: 13 February 1587.
