Description

Short title: Tildesley v Fleetwood.

Plaintiff(s): Edward Tildesley.

Defendant(s): Edmund Fleetwood.

Subject of depositions: Tithes of the grange of Rossall, lying in Rotherholme, Little Bispame, and Norbrecke, in the parish of Poulton, in Amounderness, parcel of the township of Thornton and vicarage of Poulton (Lancashire), late parcel of the monasteries of Dieulacres (Staffordshire), and Syon (Middlesex). Tithes. [The names and possessions of Thomas Singleton and Constance his wife, Albine Woodland and Thomas Whitney, late abbots of Dieulacres, Nicholas Whitney his cousin, John Allen, George Allen, Elizabeth Allen, Thomas Fleetwood, Thurslaud Tildesley (father of plaintiff), John Lythorne, William Salthouse, John alias Jeyne Brekyll, are mentioned].
