[The names and possessions of Thomas Singleton and Constance his wife, Albine Woodland and Thomas Whitney, late abbots of Dieulacres, Nicholas Whitney his cousin, John Allen, George Allen, Elizabeth Allen, Thomas Fleetwood, Thurslaud Tildesley (father of plaintiff), John Lythorne, William Salthouse, John alias Jeyne Brekyll, are mentioned].
