Short title: Dighton v Empringham.

Plaintiff(s): Christopher Dighton.

Defendant(s): Michael Empringham, George Fairfax.

Subject of depositions: Cottage close, and a toft wasted in Beforth. Whether parcel of the manor of Beforth, parcel of the late Hospital of St John of Jerusalem, in England.
