Subject of depositions: Right and title to lands in Stockley, lately belonging to Cuthbert Welkinson, late husband of Jennett, widow of George Clement, mother of defendant Ralph. Whether in consideration of a marriage between George Wilkinson, nephew of said Cuthbert Wilkinson and Margaret (daughter of plaintiff), and a grant made by plaintiff to his said daughter of his lands in Bichborn, Cuthbert Wilkinson made over to plaintiff the residue of the lease of Cuthbert's said lands in Stockley, parcel of the possessions of Charles, late Earl of Westmorland. Whether Cuthbert left the lands to his wife.
