Defendant(s): John Shield, William Shield.
Subject of depositions: Lands, in Preston, whether parcel of Preston and Uppingham Manor. Touching a lease "got by Mr Robert Watson out of the Exchequer." Whether procured by the unanimous consent of said inhabitants of Preston. Whether concealed lands. [The possessions of John Burton, Mark Rudkyn, and Clement Carsewell are mentioned].
County/place: Rutland.
Date of commission: 28 November 1586.
