Short title: Fortescue v Marvyn.

Plaintiff(s): Francis Fortescue and Dorothy his wife.

Defendant(s): Edmund Marvyn.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Harting (Sussex) and commons called West Harting Heath alias Durforde Heath, parcel of the late abbey of Durford (Sussex). Right of warren on the heath. Metes and bounds. Customs of the manor. [A former suit, 20 Eliz and the possessions of Edmund Ford, late of Harting, are mentioned].
