Description

Short title: Sturges v Townsend.

Plaintiff(s): Robert Sturges.

Defendant(s): Roger Townsend, John Rolf, Edmund Stevenson.

Subject of depositions: Assignment and conveyance of lease of the parsonage of Sheringham (Norfolk), given by plaintiff to defendants as security for a bond. Alleged unjust assignment of the lease by defendants to John Rolf.

County/place: Norfolk.
