Short title: Barwick v Brown.

Plaintiff(s): Humfrey Barwick.

Defendant(s): Robert Brown, Brian Brown.

Subject of depositions: Capital messuage, in Sutton within the forest of Gawtres (Yorkshire), parcel of the possessions of the master and chaplains of the Hospital and Corporation of the Savoy (Middlesex). Touching defendants right of common and estovers in the manor of Sutton.
