Description

Short title: Broadbent v Curryer.

Plaintiff(s): Lawrence Broadbent.

Defendant(s): Henry Curryer, Thomas Curryer.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to lands in Farnley-in-Wharledale, in the parish of Otley (Yorkshire), parcel of the late monastery of Sawley, whether formerly in the possession of Henry Johnson, attainted of high treason, and of Sir Henry Darcy, Kt.

County/place: Yorkshire.
