Description

Short title: Gilbert v Kendall.

Plaintiff(s): Richard Gilbert, clerk, of Fowye (Cornwall).

Defendant(s): Walter Kendall.

Subject of depositions: Vicarage of Fowey (Cornwall), parcel of the late priory of Tiwardreth (Cornwall), whether the tithe of, or fish taken by the inhabitants of the town and parish of Fowey has been known or reputed to belong to the vicar of said parish as in right of the said vicarage.

County/place: Cornwall.

Date of commission: 6 February 1585.
