Short title: ap Griffith ap Jevan v Madryn.

Plaintiff(s): Howell ap Griffith ap Jevan.

Defendant(s): Thomas Madryn, esq, and Thomas Madryn, gent.

Subject of depositions: Mortgage of lands in Nevyn (Caernarfonshire), made by plaintiff to Hugh Madryn (deceased), and alleged partial dealing of Thomas Madryn when under-sheriff of Carnarvon, in writing the verdict of a jury untruly.

County/place: Caernarfonshire.
