Short title: Cavendish v Worsley.

Plaintiff(s): William Cavendish and Anne his wife.

Defendant(s): Robert Worsley and Thomas Worsley, son and heir of Robt.

Subject of depositions: Tithes of corn and grain of Inskep and Crosmore; whether payable to the rectory or parsonage of St Michael's Kirk alias Michael's Church (Lancashire).

County/place: Lancashire.
