Description

Short title: Calverley v Radcliff.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Calverley, of Easington.

Defendant(s): Christopher Radcliff.

Subject of depositions: Messuage or tenement called Newton Hansard (Durham), formerly leased by Henry, late Earl of Westmorland to Ralphe Furbank. Whether released to plaintiff by Henry Anderson, who was co-fee-farmer tothe Crown of said tenement with plaintiff.

County/place: Durham.

Date of commission: 8 July 1584, 7 November 1584 and 24 November 1584.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 27 August 1584(?) at Durham.
