Description

Short title: Lord Lumley v Colman.

Plaintiff(s): John Lord Lumley.

Defendant(s): John Colman, William Bache, the younger, Richard Nicklesse, Henry Patwin, William Grigg, tenants of the manor of Much Malvern.

Subject of depositions: Parcel of wood-ground commonly called Thassert, otherwise the Dessart, in the manor of Much Malvern. Customs of the manor touching right of estovers, etc.

County/place: Worcestershire.

Date of commission: 14 November 1584.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 18 December 1584 at Much Malvern.
