Plaintiff(s): Thomas Arundell.

Defendant(s): Thomas Cosworth.

Subject of depositions: Castle of St Mawes (Cornwall), whether Francis Courtney was authorised by the plaintiff (captain of the castle of St Mawes) to receive the said captain's wages for the 13th and 14th years of Queen Elizabeth's reign [ofJohn Cosworth, Receiver-General of the Duchy of Cornwall].
