Description

Short title: Hippesley v Brodrip.

Plaintiff(s): John Hippesley, Charles Dudley, and partners.

Defendant(s): John Brodrip, John Ellies and others, their partners.

Subject of depositions: Working of lead mines in the Mendip Hills ( "Spurrie Hole" etc). Toll paid to the Crown and to the Bishop of Bath and Wells. Customs of mines.
