Description

Short title: Queen v Mohun.

Plaintiff(s): The Queen.

Defendant(s): Sir William Mohun, kt, Francis Buller, Francis Byllett.

Subject of depositions: Manors of Bochym, Tregarreck, Tolcarne, Penfuth, and Killiowe (Cornwall), lately parcel of the possessions of John Wydesdale, attainted of high treason. Right and title to the premises.

County/place: Cornwall.

Date of commission: 8 July 1584.
