Description

Short title: Middleton v Tunstall.

Plaintiff(s): Ninian Middleton, Charles Wharton.

Defendant(s): Ralph Tunstall, clerk, Master of the Hospital of St Mary Magdalen, in Ripon.

Subject of depositions: Right and title of defendant to two messuages, one cottage, lying in Studley Roger alias Nether Studley (Yorkshire), as Master of the Hospital of St Mary, they being parcel thereof. Touching former suits against defendant for intrusion upon the premises.

County/place: Yorkshire.

Date of commission: 26 May 1584.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 3 October 1584 at Kirklington.
