Subject of depositions: Certain lands and tenements called Trenedon Hendon alias Hedlingdon, Heine Park, Blackdowne, Perricky Park, in the parishes of Lansallas and Pellynt, of which Thomas Dabernon was seized, and who levied a fine, and by deed dated 23 January 9 Henry VIII did enfeoffe thereof John Kelliow, grandfather to this defendant, and John Bryant, Nicholas Coade, Richard Davy, and John Charke, to their own use, and it was reported that the said Jehn Kelliow did, by his deed dated 20 June, 16 Hen VIII lease the premises unto Richard Owen. Whether the lands were given for superstitious uses.
