Description

Short title: Earl of Warwick v Willson.

Plaintiff(s): Ambrose Earl of Warwick.

Defendant(s): William Willson.

Subject of depositions: Two water-mills adjoining to Kendall Town, known as Kendall Mills, and used by the inhabitants, called Castle Mills, and some new mills lately erected in the same manor of Kendall by the burgesses of Kendall.

County/place: Westmorland.

Date of commission: 29 May 1584.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 27 July 1584 at Kirkbie in Kendall.
