Description

Short title: Poilarde v Pytte.

Plaintiff(s): Oliver Poilarde, John Wilkins, tenants of Her Majesty manor of Stoborough.

Defendant(s): William Pytte.

Subject of depositions: Common of the manor of Stoborough, in the Isle of Purbeck, whether parcel of Wareham, and late monastery of Sheen Redclyff Farm, and a heath near. Right of common. Survey.

County/place: Dorset.

Date of commission: 29 May 1584.
