Description

Short title: Queen v Dalton.

Plaintiff(s): The Queen.

Defendant(s): Anne Dalton, widow, Thomas Holme, John Smythe, Richard Holme.

Subject of depositions: Grange called Pyllyn, and the manors of Prysawe and Hackensawe, late parcel of the monastery of Cockersand. Survey of the manors and lands. Pyllyn is in the parish of Garstang.

County/place: Lancashire.

Date of commission: 14 November 1583.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 9 January 1584 at Prysowe.
