Description

Short title: Bedell v Marche.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Bedell.

Defendant(s): John Marche.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Brookehall, and customs of the same manor, as to tenants, etc; also concerning a tenement and land sometime in the possession of Christopher Crakbone, then of Thomas Baker, and late of John March, whereon Justinian March, brother of the said John, now dwelleth.

County/place: Essex.

Date of commission: 20 June 1583.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 13 September 1583 at Maldon.
