Description

Short title: Hunte v Smythe.

Plaintiff(s): John Hunte and Elizabeth his wife, Christopher Bumpsted.

Defendant(s): Tryamore Smythe, Sylvester Baldwine.

Subject of depositions: Lordships of Tring, Wiggenton, Pendley, and a waste ground and wood called Maynewood. Survey, and customs of the manor.

County/place: Hertford.
