Description

Short title: Gyfford v Beresford.

Plaintiff(s): John Gyfford.

Defendant(s): Sampsonne Beresford.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Marston, late parcel of the possessions of the priory of Sheene, and a hamlet called Enston or Enneston, and a brook called Enston Brooke, leading to Salte. Survey of the manors. Marston Moor alias Enneston Moor, and manor of Erlide.

County/place: Staffordshire; Surrey.

Date of commission: 10 June 1581.
